We inform you that all passenger travelling to Punta Cana, or any other location in Dominican Republic, must fill in the three forms through the following link: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/ (Migration, Customs and Health Authorities).
It is mandatory for all passengers to fill these forms online. Once the forms have been dully completed, the passenger will receive a QR code to be scanned by the authorities or by World2Fly at the time of check-in. The forms may be completed at any time from the moment the ticket has been purchased up to the departure date.
Additionally, we inform you that the Dominican Republic airports have free internet access which will enable the passenger to complete the forms. However, we recommend you complete them before you leave your city of origin in order to avoid any internet access issues. The forms may be completed through any mobile device and the Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism has enabled a website page with a video explaining how to complete the forms, as well as a FAQ section.

RIGHT TO UNILATERAL TERMINATION - WITHDRAWAL
If the contract of carriage originates in Colombia, the passenger may terminate the contract provided that he/she has communicated such decision to the air carrier at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time of departure. The carrier or travel agent may deduct a maximum amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the airfare, depending on the conditions of the airfare. This benefit does not apply to promotional fares. The refund must be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the communication of the notice of termination to the carrier.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For transport originating in Colombia and when the purchase is made by non-traditional means or not in person, the passenger is entitled to the cooling-off period. Notification of the cooling-off period may be sent to the airline through any available communication channel offered by the airline. Such notice must be sent within five (5) working days of purchase. The cooling-off period is only available for carriage that is scheduled to commence beyond five (5) calendar days from the day of purchase. Colombian local taxes that are not refunded will not be reimbursed to the passenger.
