If you want to travel with your pet, World2Fly is your airline!

However, you must bear in mind that we only allow cats and dogs to be transported, with the exception dangerous breeds (R.D. 287/200): Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffodshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Tosa Inu and Akita Inu.

Moreover, please note that it is not advisable to travel with brachycephalic dogs and cats due to obstructions in their airways, so the passenger must sign a disclaimer of liability in order to be able to fly with them.

Depending on their weight and size, we classify pets as:

AVIH

Dogs and cats that are transported in the aircraft hold, in a specific designated area. The maximum weight allowed is 45 Kgs., including the carrier, which must meet the following requirements:

  • Carrier must be made of a resistant and safe material, and must have a closure that provides assurance that it will not open at any time.
  • Carrier must be suitable for the size of the animal, enabling it to stand in a natural position, turn round and lie down.
  • Carrier must not show any signs of deterioration on the inside or outside that could harm your pet animal, in addition to having adequate ventilation and a waterproof bottom.

PETC

Dogs and cats that are allowed to fly in the passenger cabin, provided they meet the following requirements:

  • Maximum weight of 10 Kgs., including the carrier or transport bag.
  • The maximum measurements accepted for the carrier or transport bag are 45 cm long, 39 cm wide and 21 cm high, provided that the sum of these three dimensions does not exceed 105 cm.
  • The carrier must be approved and non rigid.
  • Your pet must travel with you without causing any inconvenience to the passengers at your side. The pet must remain in its bag / carrier throughout the flight, and caring for it is your responsibility.
  • Pet animals that may be annoying to the rest of the passengers and the crew due to their special characteristics, bad smell, etc., will not be allowed.
  • For security reasons, if you are travelling with your pet, you may not occupy the emergency exit row seats.

Assistance dogs

Passengers who habitually require a guide dog may take the animal on board with them, providing the animal is appropriately secured and the Passenger accepts liability for any damages caused.
