Passengers travelling with declared value luggage must fill in the "Value declaration form" in duplicate, and hand over the original to world2fly at the departure airport, and keep the copy. Once the luggage is collected at the arrival airport, passengers must confirm that they have received THE ITEMS IN THE SAME CONDITIONS THEY WERE IN AT THE TIME OF DECLARATION AT THE DEPARTURE AIRPORT.

Any discrepancy in the condition of the items must be reported immediately to world2fly by completing the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) at the Baggage counter of the world2fly ground handling company. No subsequent claims will be accepted after leaving the baggage claim area at the arrival airport.
