Online check-in is not allowed in the following cases:

  • Passengers travelling with minors under 2 years of age.
  • Passengers travelling with a pet or guide dog. 
  • Passengers who have requested the special assistance service at the airport. 
  • Passengers travelling with stand-by service tickets. 
  • Passengers carrying weapons. 
  • Depending on the destination, you may have to check-in at the airport. However, you may book your seat online in advance. 
  • Unaccompanied minors under 12 years of age (UMs) 
  • Passengers travelling to / from Cuba.
