Passengers travelling with infants are also allowed an additional hand baggage weighing up to 10 Kg, provided they meet the following measures 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm. 

Families travelling with children and infants can carry their food and supplies for the trip in their hand baggage (baby food, puree, diapers, thermos, bottle, medicines, etc.). We recommend that you pack all of these things together in order to facilitate security checks at the airport. 

These containers do not have to meet the 100ml liquid standards. We recommend travelling with food that does not require to be heated once inside the aircraft, to avoid unwanted temperatures.  

In addition, we inform you that you can take the baby stroller to the boarding gate with you, and hand it in to the crew there. Keep in mind that it must be have been previously checked in, and properly tagged, at the check-in counter. Upon arrival, you can collect the stroller at the baggage claim area, along with the rest of your checked luggage (some airports may deliver strollers on the special baggage belt). 

World2Fly supplies baby bassinets on-board free of charge and subject to availability. Should you require a bassinet please contact us via email to [email protected] We kindly request you to indicate the age of the infant, your travel dates and destination. Please keep in mind that we can only process your request if you do it up to 72 hours before the departure of your flight.

All minors have to prove their identity. We recommend that you check the necessary documentation depending on your nationality and destination, as requirements may vary. 

We consider infants to be passengers aged between 15 days and under 2 years, including the day of the flight. Infants do not occupy a seat. 

We consider children to be passengers aged between 2 and 11 years. 

World2Fly accepts age-appropriate Child Restraint Devices (CRDs) during all phases of the flight, including take-off and landing, as long as a seat has been purchased for the selected flight, and / or prior confirmation is obtained from the World2Fly Special Requests Department. 

To do so, passengers must: 

• Provide the documentation of the device with its certificates and homologation labels. 

• Carry these certificates with them for on-site verification.  

The Special Requests Department will inform the service agent at the departure airport of the characteristics of the CRD, so that its approval and status can be verified during check-in. 

CRDs can be used for children between the ages of 6 months and 3 years. 

The CRD must not show any signs of deterioration. The maximum weight for which the CRD is certified should never be exceeded. 

Certification and Homologation: If the CRD can be installed on the seat of a World2Fly aircraft, it must have approval from the EASA or the FAA, and must carry the appropriate label.
