Terms of payment

The tax data of World2Fly, in accordance with Spanish law 34 of LAW 34/2002 of July 11, regarding services of the information society and electronic commerce (LSSI), and with Portuguese Decree Law 7/2004, of January 7, transposing the European Directive 2000/31, can be found at the bottom of the home page for any queries.

Payment of tickets and other services shall be made exclusively with payment cards accepted by World2Fly:
•    Visa
•    MasterCard
For payments with European cards, World2Fly complies with Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 25, 2015 (PSD2), and Royal Decree-Law 19/2018, of November 23.
Alternatively, payment by BIZUM is accepted by entering the mobile number of the payer in the corresponding payment gateway, performing the two-step verification, and receiving the confirmation message with the transaction ID and booking locator. The payer must have previously activated the BIZUM FOR COMPANIES payment service with his/her bank.

With few exceptions, tickets purchased through our website are in electronic format. The issuance of the tickets is automatic.

In any case, you should check about possible charges or commissions that your bank may add to the payments made.

In order to guarantee secure transactions in operations carried out through this website, World2Fly incorporates the prior management of the information provided by the passenger into its control processes regarding the means of payment provided. This is a mandatory step before the formalisation of the booking and ticket purchase.

World2Fly reserves the right to reject the request for contracting and purchasing tickets for which payment is made using a card that does not pass the established fraud control and management measures.

The regulations governing electronic / online and remote contracting and purchase are set out in the LSSI. Although the LGDCU, RDL 1/2007 of 16 November, (articles 93.k) for Spain and article 2)m of Decree Law 24/2014 of 14 February for Portugal regulate distance sales, passenger transport service contracts are expressly excluded. Therefore the regulation of the right of withdrawal in this matter does not apply.

This situation is due to the fact that this concerns “reservation services”, and the basis for the exclusion lies in the need to protect the interests of the service providers, so that they do not suffer the inconveniences derived from the cancellation without service charges leading to a reservation.
