Luggage incidents

It is important that you do not leave the airport without filing a claim in case of loss or incidents with your luggage. You must keep the luggage receipt at all times, a sticker that identifies your bag with a number code. 

At the baggage claim area of all airports, you will find the baggage department, where you can fill out the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) in the event of loss or any incident. 

Claims for broken or damaged baggage must be made in the baggage hall after arrival of the flight. Once you have left the baggage claim area, it will not be possible to open the PIR.
